WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

• All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdictions
• After one year off standard warranty of complete Air conditioner (Split or Window A.C.), all the Expenses except compressor value will be paid by the customer.
• One free in warranty service within a year will be provided by the company or authorized person on Call of customer, after free one services it will be chargeable.
• Any electrical accessories such as voltage stabilizer etc. are not covered in this warranty.
• The warranty is void, If
  • Any components fail due to abnormal power supply (i.e., if the failure happened due to Power supply exceeding 243 volts or dropping below 203 volts)
  • In the opinion of the company, the air-conditioner is modified or improperly installed or unauthorized repair.
  • Any damages are caused during transit, by accident, fire, flood abuse or misuse.

  • The warranty will not be given if the machine is not used according to the instructions manual.
  • Warranty does not cover any corrosive/ polluted atmosphere that will affect the unit
  • The compressor warranty is valid only the complete machine comes to the company’s or its authorized service station. No warranty will be provided, If the only compressor given by the dealer or customer
  • Customer must get his A.C serviced /repaired from company itself otherwise warranty will be void and repair will be done on chargeable basis.
  • PCB defects arising out of 24X7 usage, huge voltage spikes, lightning strikes, floods and non-compliance of adequate earthing of the air conditioner, faulty voltage stabilizer and tampering of the PCB by unauthorised personnel are not covered under the PCB EW.The consumer will be charged the visit charges as applicable at the time of repair or rectification or replacement under the PCB EW.
• If the company sold any other items (not air conditioner) the warranty will be according the original Manufacturer or supplier.
• The warranty will automatically be terminated on the date of expiry of the above period. Irrespective of whether during the warranty the air conditioner has been not in use for any time, for any reason whatsoever, including any technical breakdowns, time taken for repairs, replacement and transit, power cuts, restrictions, etc.
• Warranty will be void due to any change in product by the Govt. policy.
• If compressor fail in warranty (within five/ten years* for split & window not on commercial A.C.), then compressor change in warrantee (after one year) , the charge of service, transportation, gas filling and fitting of compressor will be charged. If the compressor changes in one year again, then no fitting and refrigerant filling charges will be taken. Balance warranty of compressor is valid from the date of actual purchase of air conditioner.
• If the refrigerant leakage by chemical reaction. No warrantee will be given.
• Out of warranty carrying charges for taking the machine to our workshop from the customer's Home and again to the customer's home will be paid by the customer
• Customers are advised to use air conditioner according to the instructions given by the company.
• In installation any messner, electric, carpenter work and its material are not included.
• Any part will change in warrantee can be change according to part available. Company has right to fix the available substitute parts.
• Any leakage in underground piping not covered in warrantee.
• If the invoice / s.no of machine is remove. No warrantee is given. If the product or any component has been tampered with or replaced or repaired by personnel other than the “O.G.HeavyDuty” authorised service personnel, then warranty shall automatically be void.
  “O.G.HeavyDuty” shall not be liable or be deemed to be in default for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its reasonable control, including delay in repair due to non-availability of any component or accessory, labour problems, restrictions and regulations of the government, public movement, war and any unavoidable circumstances, specially vis-à-vis the import of supplies and raw material or if “O.G.HeavyDuty” is otherwise prevented from performing its functions under this warranty.
  The company's obligation under all types of warranties shall be limited to repair of part(s) only. The maximum amount of liability with respect to any product related claim(s), if entertained by “O.G.HeavyDuty”, will be subject to the maximum retail price of the product purchased or the purchase price, whichever is lower
